For our offices in Zurich Oerlikon we are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Supply Chain Management Team as:

Customer Service Specialist (80-100%, as per immediate effect or upon agreement)

 

Job responsibilities
 
Customer service

  • Interact independently with customers for Export and Switzerland
  • Align with production planning on customer forecasts and orders
  • Follow-up on customer orders (e.g. order confirmation, deliveries, release)
  • Allocate multi-customer products to customer orders
  • Collaborate with various internal departments (Area Management, Quality Control, Registration, Procurement, Production) on the sales orders
  • Verify new and update existing customer in SAP according to their national registration
  • Record and update customer list in SAP


Order processing

  • Implement sales orders into SAP (entire process with e.g. order confirmation, delivery note, invoice)
  • Follow-up on orders of special offers, samples and promotion materials
  • Monitor stock and sales order status through analysis of SAP reports
  • Booking of goods receipt and vendor invoices


Transport Management (GDP)

  • Monitor temperature during transport (Logger management)
  • Documentation, recording and analysis of transport and support in transport agent contracts
  • Process and projects optimization
  • Support in projects (e.g. EDI interface implementation, SAP article management) and ad-hoc tasks


Job requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar
  • Professional working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry advantageous
  • Very good command of English and German, good command of French, Russian or Spanish is a plus
  • Experienced user of SAP and Excel; knowledge of Outlook, Word and other office applications helpful
  • Works diligently with high attention to quality and detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Team-player, enthusiastic, persistent, results oriented personality
