International Sales Manager Europe/LATAM (80-100%)

 

Job responsibilities

Area Management in designated areas

  • Pro-actively lead the Sales and Marketing development
  • Maximize the products potential in existing markets in close cooperation with International Marketing and the local partners
  • Act as key contact person for external partners for several commercial matters e.g. forecasting, ordering, sales reports
  • Be the key interface and responsible person for permanent collaboration between internal departments (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, etc.) and support the international partners in any regards

Business Development in designated areas

  • Identify and analyze potential new partners and/or new products
  • Share inputs, trends or ideas for business opportunities
  • Prepare business cases and market analysis for the business development leads
  • Prepare and negotiate agreements and contractual terms

Job requirements

  • University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or business administration
  • Fluent in English, any other languages would be a plus (German, French, Russian or Spanish)
  • Experienced user of Excel, Word, Power Point; SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving, hands-on mentality and organizational skills
  • Team-player, enthusiastic, persistent, result-oriented personality
  • Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial and challenging environment
